CUTTING DISC STEEL 180 X 2.5 X 22.22
Features
- 180 mm diameter for deeper cuts and efficient lineal speed.
- 2.5 mm thickness—great balance of cutting speed, edge stability and disc life.
- 22.23 mm arbor—fits standard 180 mm angle grinders.
- Reinforced bonded abrasive for strength and straight tracking.
- Steel-focused blend for ferrous metals and general fabrication.
Benefits
- Fast, clean cuts reduce burr and post-cut finishing.
- Longer service life helps lower cost per cut.
- Stable feel in the cut improves accuracy and user control.
- Wide compatibility with common 180 mm grinders on site and in the shop.
Extra Information
- Best for mild steel, angle, tube, channel and plate; not intended for stainless (use INOX-rated discs) or non-ferrous metals.
- For fastest results, let the wheel cut—avoid excessive side pressure and keep the tool at a shallow approach angle.
- Use a guarded grinder and match the disc diameter to the machine’s rated size.
