1) During working hours, orders are usually processed within 2-5 hours. However, please allow up to 24 hours for your order to be processed.
2) Robot Industrial typically ships out orders within one business day after they have been placed (this excludes weekends & public holidays). We try our best to dispatch all orders the same day if they are paid for before 10:00am (weekdays). However, please note that this is a BEST EFFORT service.
3) We ship countrywide, to your door.
We use a COURIER SERVICE; we do not use the post office.
4) In terms of delivery charges, Robot Industrial uses a fixed-rate delivery model, with an optional surcharge for bulky or oversized items. Delivery charges are determined by the delivery area and the order value. The delivery rates below are effective from 05 June 2026 and may be amended from time to time without prior notice:

Booysens, Johannesburg
- Orders of R650 or more qualify for FREE delivery (T's & C's Apply).
- Orders of less than R650 will incur a flat-rate delivery charge of R99.
Surrounding Johannesburg Areas
- Orders of R1,000 or more qualify for FREE delivery (T's & C's Apply).
- Orders of less than R1,000 will incur a flat-rate delivery charge of R120.
Outlying Areas
- Orders of R2,000 or more qualify for FREE delivery (T's & C's Apply).
- Orders of less than R2,000 will incur a flat-rate delivery charge of R200.
Large Bulky Items: These MAY incur a surcharge based on the volumetric weight of the parcel. The applicable free delivery amount will be deducted, and the remaining balance will be for the client's account. While calculations are automated, errors may occur. Robot reserves the right to rectify any pricing errors, issue credits where appropriate, or cancel the sale.
Note: Robot charges shipping and handling fees for every shipment unless a special promotion or contract term provides otherwise. These costs include carrier freight charges, packaging, and handling.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email (with a tracking number) as soon as your order has been processed and shipped.
Delivery times are estimates only, and Robot shall not be liable for delays caused by the courier company.
PLEASE NOTE: We cannot ship to certain townships, farms, plots, or extreme outlying areas.
Payment is due before shipment unless credit terms have been arranged in advance. No item will be shipped until proof of payment has been emailed to onlineorders@robotindustrial.co.za and the funds have been cleared by our bank.
We allow a maximum of 3 days to complete payment for an order. Failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled.
