How to assemble:

Unplug the bench grinder from the power supply.
Remove the side cover to gain access to the flange washers.
Remove the flange washers by locking the axle on either side and loosening the hex nuts.
Fit the reducing bushes if required on the wire wheel and mount on the spindle.
Fit wire wheel on spindle and tighten properly.
