- Order number: FES575806
- Model: MX 1000 RE EF HS2
Robust. Ergonomic. With perfect dust extraction.
Thick clouds of dust when stirring are a thing of the past. With the MX stirrers along with the MX dust extraction, which is simply clipped onto the edge of the bucket, you can mix any material in future almost without any dust whatsoever. This not only benefits your lungs, but your back as well. Thanks to the flexible ErgoFix height adjustment, you will work upright and spare your back in the process. The powerful motors combined with the sturdy transmission ensure maximum traction and a long service life. If you take a break, the non-slip rubber corners hold the stirrer on the wall. And when the work is done, you’ll not only find that the stirrers are quickly and easily cleaned, ready for transport – but your construction site is clean, too.

Extra Information
- The MX dust extraction is included and clips onto the edge of the mixing bucket to reduce dust while powder material is poured in and mixed.
- The HS 2 120x600 M14 spiral stirrer is suited to viscous and stiff materials and helps move heavier material from the bottom upwards.
- The ErgoFix system allows the machine height to be adjusted for a more comfortable upright working position.
- The FastFix system allows the machine and stirrer basket to be separated without tools for easier cleaning and transport.
- Use the correct speed setting for the material to reduce splashing and improve the final mix consistency.
Pro Tips
- Start slowly with the variable trigger to prevent splashing, then increase speed once the material begins to blend.
- Use the MX dust extraction while pouring powder into the bucket to reduce dust from the very beginning.
- Adjust the ErgoFix height so you can mix while standing upright with relaxed shoulders.
- For thicker materials, move the stirrer slowly through the bucket so the material is pulled from the bottom and mixed evenly.
- Clean the HS 2 spiral stirrer immediately after use before adhesive, mortar, plaster or gypsum begins to harden.
How to Use
- Fit the ErgoFix adapter and HS 2 120x600 M14 spiral stirrer securely to the machine.
- Adjust the ErgoFix height so the mixer can be used in an upright and comfortable position.
- Place the required material and water or liquid into a suitable mixing bucket according to the material manufacturer’s instructions.
- Clip the MX dust extraction onto the bucket edge and connect a suitable dust extractor when working with powder materials.
- Insert the stirrer into the material before starting the machine.
- Start slowly using the variable speed trigger to avoid splashing.
- Increase the speed gradually and move the stirrer through the material until the required consistency is reached.
- Switch off the machine before removing the stirrer from the bucket.
- Clean the stirrer basket and machine surfaces after use.
