• Unplug the bench grinder from the power supply.
• Remove the side cover to gain access to the flange washers.
• Remove the flange washers by locking the axle on either side and loosening the hex nuts.
• Fit the reducing bushes if required on the wire wheel and mount on the spindle.
• Fit wire wheel on spindle and tighten properly.

• Use gloves and protective clothing to prevent injury from debris or wire fragments.
• Ensure the workpiece is securely clamped or mounted before brushing — do not attempt to hold by hand.

• Operate the grinder at correct speed and avoid excessive pressure to prevent overheating, surface damage or wire break-off.
